Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our color analysis and style consulting services. If you are not satisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days of your session. We will work with you to address your concerns and ensure you receive the value you expect from quiphralchap.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. You may cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment with the following conditions:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment receive a full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before your appointment receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable
• No-shows are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with an additional fee

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your consultation appointment at no additional charge if you provide at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee. We will work with you to find a new appointment time that fits your schedule.

Follow-Up Support

If you have questions or concerns after your consultation, we offer complimentary follow-up support via email for 30 days following your session. For our Complete Transformation package, you receive 3 months of email support as part of your service.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund to your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Completed consultation sessions
• Digital style guides that have been delivered
• Personal shopping services that have been performed
• Late cancellations and no-shows as outlined above

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. If you need to cancel due to illness, family emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a fair solution.

Quiphralchap reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on quiphralchap.world with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
